Signature of the Memorandum of Understanding CNES / CNIGS

On December 15, 2018, CNES and CNIGS were again confirmed and respected by their partners by the signing of a memorandum of understanding. A Memorandum of Understanding is a non-binding agreement between two or more parties describing the terms and details of an agreement, the requirements and responsibilities of each party.
