Since January 2017, the RO project team, based around CNES and the GFDRR / World Bank, has expanded. The CNIGS has become the technical leader of the project, in association with CIAT and ONEV, which represent the needs of the users. UNDP and two CEOS Space Agencies will also join the Steering Committee of the project.
Following the January 2017 preparatory mission in Port au Prince, we worked actively to define user needs for follow-up products following Mathieu, as well as the recovery of existing data and needs in terms of to acquire.
In the form of thematic work, this workshop was an opportunity to explore the various issues identified. It is about sharing our respective experiences to improve the relevance of the products that will be realized in the coming months.
